parte vatamata proces penal

Am fost citat in calitate de parte vatamata intr-un proces penal, insa nu stiu despre ce este vorba. Imi puteti spune cum se procedeaza? Pot consulta dosarul, pot solicita amanare...? Va multumesc anticipat!
